Work Seminar

A few weeks ago we had a work seminar that i was DREADING! We got there and I was trying to have a good attitude and it actually turned out to be really good! The first day was about teaching our lessons with laughter. We learned we need to laugh about everything. It's actually helped to just let things go in life. Especially when work is crappy just leave work there. The next day we learned about DISINFECTING! It was awesome I now carry around with me spray hand sanitizer (you can purchase at Wally World) one of the things that stuck with me is HERPES OF THE EYE. Yes it is true and it is very possible to contract herpes of the eye. This comes from when you go to your local salon and they do a lip wax on someone with a cold sore then use the same wax on you when you come to get your regular eyebrow wax. This can cause life long sores and scars and yes even blindness. Then next was micro-bacteria. which is a flesh eating bacteria from unsterilized pedicure bowls. 17 out of 23 salons had this and everyone that had gotten a pedicure within the 2 weeks before contracted this disease and they now have life long scars that cannot be repaired by plastic surgeons. So be safe and sanitary! wash your hands while singing happy birthday twice and don't shave your legs 72 hours before a pedicure. :)
